• Avoid all harsh chemicals like cleaning agents and bleach. The chemicals in these liquids will react with the metals in your band and tarnish them
•  Avoid exposure to water and dry bands as soon as possible if they get wet.  Long exposure to water may tarnish your band. 
• We do not recommend stacking your band with other bracelets because they can rub and bump against the crystals and knock them out of place or loosen them.
• To clean or shine your band rub with a microfiber clothe to remove dirt and oil. If band is heavily soiled then take a small bowl of warm water and add a small amount of dawn dish detergent. Then take a microfiber clothe and clean your band. For hard to reach areas you can use a soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush the band. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately afterwards. 
• Store in box or jewelry case when not in use.

• These bands are completely water proof and can be used with all sporting events.
• If wearing with stackable bracelets make sure to have protective case around apple watch to prevent scratches. 
• To clean your fitness band gently wash with warm water and a mild soap (dawn dish detergent ), rinse and dry. 
• Store in box or jewelry case when not in use.
